Clarity / fit

Clarify readiness and fit.

Start with a complimentary consultation. It is a fit conversation, not a workout and not an obligation to purchase a package.

Do I need training experience?

No. Training is scaled to your current experience, movement confidence, and readiness. Beginners and returning exercisers are welcome.

Do I need medical clearance?

Sometimes. All clients complete readiness screening. Fulcrum may request clearance when health history or current symptoms indicate that professional medical guidance is appropriate.

What happens in the consultation?

We discuss goals, health and exercise history, scheduling, preferred training format, and any relevant guidance or precautions. A brief movement screen may be included when appropriate.

Should I choose 30 or 60 minutes?

Sixty minutes allows broader training and teaching. Thirty minutes is best for focused sessions, targeted practice, or clients who value a shorter format. Your consultation can help determine the most useful starting point.

What is the cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours' notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full or forfeited from a package.

Can I train virtually?

Yes. Live virtual coaching is available when your environment and equipment support safe participation.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. If relevant, bring current medical guidance or precautions and be ready to discuss your goals and exercise experience.

What is included in a package?

Packages include individualized programming, structured progression, goal setting, progress tracking, program adjustments, and between-session trainer support.

Find the right starting point.

You do not need to know the right session length, format, or package before reaching out. The consultation exists to clarify those choices.
